He holds a M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech, B.A. from Austin Peay State University, and a Diploma of Workplace & Business Coaching (VIC22175 Australia Department of Education & Training). He presents frequently at local and national conferences and has published white papers, book chapters, and journal articles on his work.
